A Message for Our U.S. Customers

We truly appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we navigate the new hurdles of shipping products to customers in the United States.

While our handcrafted pipes and stands do fall under the free trade agreement, we have noticed some orders have had duties or tariffs applied, requiring payment from our customers. This is only impacting a small number of parcels, but it remains unpredictable and we want to be transparent that there is a chance your package may have duties or tariffs imposed. We are working closely with our shipping providers to navigate this issue and doing everything in our power to prevent it. 

Unfortunately, we do not have control over the duties or tariffs applied, however, if you are asked to pay either to accept your parcel, you can reach out to us at info@macqueenpipes.com prior to paying and we can investigate and try to assist.
