A Message for Our U.S. Customers

We truly appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we navigate the new hurdles of shipping products to customers in the United States.

While our handcrafted pipes and stands do fall under the free trade agreement, we have noticed some orders have had duties or tariffs applied, requiring payment from our customers. This is only impacting a small number of parcels, but it remains unpredictable and we want to be transparent that there is a chance your package may have duties or tariffs imposed. We are working closely with our shipping providers to navigate this issue and doing everything in our power to prevent it. All parcels are also now subject to potential brokerage fees by UPS. Due to the removal of the de minimis exemption, all parcels entering the USA now need to be cleared by customs and processed. The brokerage fees range from $5 to $20.

Unfortunately, we do not have control over the duties or tariffs applied, however, if you are asked to pay to accept your parcel, you can reach out to us at info@macqueenpipes.com prior to paying and we can investigate and try to assist. Please note that orders containing pipe tools (starter sets) or wire cleaning brushes may be subjected to steel tariffs.
